Customer Service Manager
Tommy Yuk has been a part of the Commuter Benefits family for 7 years. With over 19 years of customer service experience, Tommy manages the day-to-day activities of the customer service team ensuring the upmost service to clients and customers as possible. He started at Edenred as the Customer Service Manager for MBTA, then a Customer Success Manager, and is now the Customer Service Manager. Before joining ECBS, Tommy worked as the Call Center Manager for Cubic Transportation Systems.
