What You Need to Sign Up

In order to make the sign-up process as easy as possible, you will need to gather the following information:

  • Company name
  • Company address listed on W-9
  • Contact name
  • Contact e-mail address
  • Company Federal Tax Id (EIN)
  • Main business phone number 
(Avoid using any customer service hotlines, personal lines or numbers that require extensions)

If you plan on ordering one of our prepaid card products, we will also need the additional information listed below in order to provide proper compliance and due diligence with our card issuer, The Bancorp Bank:

  • Website URL
  • Number of years in business
  • Date established  (MM/DD/YYYY)
  • Number of years at location
  • State of incorporation
  • Business service description  
  • Privately or publicly owned
  • Stock ticker
  • Ownership structure
  • International presence
  • Current type of business

The Commuter Check Prepaid Mastercard may only be used for qualified commuter benefit purchases in accordance with IRS Tax Code 132(f). No cash or ATM access. This card may not be used everywhere Debit Mastercard is accepted.
